Who knew!

I would have never guessed that all of these years Drew really did listen that well to me and would do exactly what I have been telling him. When Emma and Drew get juice boxes I always tell them that they have to drink all of it. Don't open another one until that one is empty and don't throw the box away unless it is empty! Well, today when Drew got off the bus Dennis noticed his backpack was wet. So Dennis asked Drew what happened. Carrying his lunch box, Drew said that he didn't finish his juice box and so he didn't want to throw it away but save it for when he got home and that it leaked. Yes, Drew put the juice box with the straw still in the hole back into his Superman lunch box.....what a good listener he is. So being the good Mommy that I am let him get a new juice box even though that one was not empty. :) I reassured him that at lunch time he doesn't have to drink the entire juice box and that he can throw it away because everyday when he gets home from school I will give him a new one!
